The Summer@Rensselaer Website provides information on specific course and program offerings, services provided to support your summer experience, and links to information and other summer resources across campus. The expanded summer program offerings are supported through Academic Outreach Programs within the Undergraduate and Graduate portfolios.

If you need bulk summer materials or would like to request a presentation, training, or appearance complete the below form. We receive requests from parents, teachers and other organizations (sign up nights, camps fairs, science fairs, parent nights, professional conferences and meetings, etc.) where we can meet with parents, students, and or teachers and share information on Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Summer@Rensselaer. We may be able to staff a table and bring promotional materials, admissions information, and give-a-way items.

Summer Non-Credit Proposal Form

In addition to courses for credit, we are also soliciting proposals for summer enrichment programs, and sport camps targeted toward elementary, middle, and high school students. In particular, we encourage proposals for residential programs targeted toward high school students which showcase the unique programs, facilities, and research at Rensselaer.

Proposals for new summer enrichment programs, sport camps, or academic short courses should be submitted using the Non-Credit Proposal form. Proposals are sent by October 15 for consideration for the upcoming summer.

Upon receipt of each proposal, a meeting will be set up with each course director to review the proposal and ensure the information is complete. All proposals for non-credit programs will be reviewed by the Summer Programs Planning Committee and feedback will be provided to course directors by November.
