Bring your Summer Conference or Event to Rensselaer
Rensselaer provides an integral program to coordinate your conference. Complete with high quality conference facilities, dining halls, and plenty of recreation, we provide the foundation for effective and successful conferences.
Rensselaer provides access to the residence halls during the summer. The Office of Conference Services can house students and guests in both single and double occupancy rooms.
Rensselaer's dining facilities are operated by Sodexho, providing great food, service, and quality. Students and organizations that require the use of dining facilities and meal plans can trust Sodexho to provide outstanding value.
The Office of Conference Services will make your conference a memorable and effective program, giving your attendees the beautiful Rensselaer campus, fine dining facilities, and plenty of recreational activity.
We offer full dining services, conference rooms with capacities ranging from 5 to 500 people, tennis courts, swimming pools, and services to make your conference a success.
