CONSULTATION SESSIONS: Meet with the Archer Center’s experienced staff to assess your professional development needs and create a customized program designed to achieve your organizational goals.

CUSTOMIZED TRAINING: Training occurs during the months of May and June. Led by the staff from Rensselaer’s premier Leadership Center, a customized training program will enable you to develop the skills of your employees and maximize the overall effectiveness of your organization. Training can be provided for individuals and managers from all industry sectors and are delivered in highly interactive workshop formats.

Topics include:
- Communication
- Time management
- Balance, risk and creativity
- Team building and team development
- Creating a mission statement, goals and culture
