Rensselaer provides a range of programs designed specifically for current and future workforce leaders including a host of customized degree, certificate, and professional development programs based on the unique strengths of the Rensselaer faculty.

Adults and graduate students are welcome to register for most courses. The following offerings are available in the summer.

STEM Summer Academy - Supported by Academic Outreach Programs

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute faculty members will provide a STEM-based summer workshop on the Institute’s campus in the summer of 2009.
Foundations of Leadership (FOL)® - Center for Creative Leadership

The audience is working professionals who are at a supervisory or early management level within their organization or are an individual contributor and are looking to expand their leadership capabilities.
Professional Staff Development - Archer Center

Meet with Archer Center staff during the spring to customize trainings to be scheduled during the months of May and June.
Summer Program in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) - LL&C Department

Rensselaer will again be offering an HCI Summer Program. Students will be able take one or both of the introductory courses in the well-respected 4-course graduate Certificate in HCI.
